This warranty does not include Omega DataCube product partners, or those featured on Omega DataCube articles and promotional materials but purchased at another storefront outside of the omegadatacube.com domain. For all partner products purchased outside of the omegadatacube.com domain, you will need to refer to the manufacturer of that product for relevant return information.

This warranty, for applicable products purchased through our storefront at omegadatacube.com, covers defects in materials and workmanship in the products found in the Omega DataCube product catalog, in the first 30 days after shipment.

Our entire liability and your exclusive remedy is limited to the price paid for the product, if any. In no event shall Prairie IT LLC or our licensors be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind.

You can return any products purchased from Omega DataCube's product catalog, for any reason within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of your purchase amount. Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable.
